最高憲政官（英文：Supreme Constitutional Officer；馬來文：Pegawai Tertinggi Perlembagaan），是華江斯坦君憲國最高憲政院的首長，並任憲法法官審判長（相當於中華民國司法院院長或美國首席大法官），職務前身為司法院院長、最高裁決院院長與皇宮裁決庭庭長。依據現行《西敏憲章》規定，最高憲政官不受任期之保障，由華江斯坦蘇丹逕行任命之，而為確保法官超然於黨派及保持司法獨立，自司法院院長起歷任擔任司法機關首長者均為無黨籍。現任及首任最高憲政官為愛塔尼亞親王蕭景河。

法定職權

最高憲政官是華江斯坦君憲國的司法機關首長，其掌理民事、刑事、行政訴訟之審判及公務員之懲戒，並有統一解釋法律及命令的權力。由於其超然中立的特性，他也是主持華江斯坦各項選舉、國家轉型正義計畫的角色。
