帝國民主論壇（英語：The Forum of Democracy，縮寫為 FED），簡稱民主黨，是大赫卡忒及里格利亞聯合帝國的執政黨之一，於2023年2月26日由成立，是聯合帝國中第一個成立的政黨。

歷史

2023年2月11日，聯合皇帝正式頒行政黨法，並在2月25日開放民眾登記成立政黨，聯合帝國至此開始形成政黨政治。2月26日，君主意志黨正式向主管機關註冊。

2023年3月1日，君意黨登記參選首次帝國議會分區議員選舉，惟該次選舉因總參選人數不足，使得第一屆帝國議會無法組成。

2023年3月21日，君意黨組織第二次羅晏駿內閣，與國進黨組成聯合政府。

2023年5月4日，君主意志黨全國執行委員會公告該黨更名為「帝國民主論壇」。

迄今為止，帝國民主論壇共有一名黨員曾擔任過政務院首相（羅晏駿）。
