國家聯盟國家總統

共和邦聯聯盟主席（英文：The President of Union of the Union State of the Republics），是共和邦聯的國家元首，臨時憲法規定由科紐瓦與新韓志聯邦總統兼任，未有任期及選舉之相關規定；聯盟主席依據憲法之規定，行使其之職權；聯盟主席之主要職責為對外代表共和邦聯、行使締結條約及宣戰媾和之權、公布法律、發布命令等臨時憲法規定之職務。
